Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related IT field
- 15–20 years of experience in software development, business analysis, or programming
- At least 10 years of experience managing system or application delivery projects
- Strong experience in program/project management; PMP or Agile certifications preferred
- Fluent in English or Japanese (business level)
