Responsibilities
Lead the safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery of construction activities across projects
Provide leadership across site establishment, construction execution, and project assurance
Manage site activities to ensure delivery against safety, quality, cost, and programme targets
Act as the Principal Contractor’s representative on site
Ensure compliance with construction procedures, safety standards, and statutory requirements
Coordinate construction activities across teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and client representatives
Implement and maintain assurance plans, including safety, quality, cost, and schedule performance monitoring
Manage, assess, mentor, and develop site staff
Requirements
Proven experience in construction management within complex infrastructure or rail environments
Strong knowledge of health, safety, quality, and assurance processes
Experience acting as Principal Contractor or managing Principal Contractor responsibilities
Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple stakeholders
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Competent in cost, programme, and change management processes
Relevant construction, engineering, or safety qualifications (or equivalent experience)
