About the role

  • Channel Specialist operationalizing Sprout’s partner ecosystem and managing partner relations at a leading HR tech firm. Focusing on revenue growth and partner enablement in the SaaS space.

Responsibilities

  • Operationalizing and scaling Sprout’s partner ecosystem to achieve total revenue contribution by 2026
  • Supporting the expansion of the MSP vertical and scouting potential MSP partners
  • Owning the 'Partner Toolkit' and conducting regular enablement sessions
  • Managing and optimizing referral workflows and overseeing the execution of incentive programs

Requirements

  • 2–4 years in Channel Marketing, Partner Management, or Business Development (B2B SaaS experience is a strong plus)
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to influence external stakeholders
  • Comfortable tracking MRR data, conversion rates, and partner performance metrics
