Responsibilities
- Lead all facets of the open pit/surface operation to deliver on safety, production, and cost objectives
- Ensure compliance with the WA Mines Act & Regulations
- Lead surface production to meet budgets and long-term mine plans
- Monitor production and mining projects' progress against monthly targets
- Drive mining contractor performance against monthly mining and project targets
- Oversee mine operations and operational projects
- Prepare accurate schedules, forecasts, and budgets to support operational excellence.

- Experienced senior leader with WA First Class Mine Manager’s Certificate / Unrestricted Quarry Managers Certificate
- Open pit/surface mining expertise
- Large-scale mechanised operations experience
- Strong capability in contractor management and business partner engagement
- Bachelor of Engineering (Mining)
- Proven record of leading high-performing teams
- Drive safety and consistently deliver operational excellence.
