About the role

  • Supports Store Development projects and administration for Pandora's largest jewelry brand. Involves cross-functional coordination with hybrid working arrangements.

Responsibilities

  • Supports the seamless coordination of cross-functional projects
  • Contributes business transformation through continual process improvement
  • Helps implement strong operational governance
  • Supports the Store Development team and the projects they are delivering
  • Supports the coordination and implementation of the Store Development process
  • Collaborates closely with different teams for seamless project execution
  • Supports the administration of the Franchise Operating Model and associated documentation

Requirements

  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Analytical mindset with ability to manage complex workflows
  • Demonstrated ability to support change and process improvements
  • Exceptional organisation and attention to detail
  • Tech-savvy with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement
  • Qualification in Project Management or Construction
  • Previous experience in a similar environment
