  • Administrator role at Specsavers focusing on administration and scheduling while providing support to customers and colleagues. Train and develop skills to enhance performance in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Make sure all administration and clinic scheduling is completed in the most effective, efficient way possible
  • Be the friendly and approachable point of contact for customers and colleagues
  • Receive constant, in-depth training and development to help grow skills and understanding

Requirements

  • Experience working in fast-paced administrative environment
  • Excellent admin and organisational skills
  • Ability to use IT systems effectively (including Office 365)
  • Great team worker

  • Ability to adapt
  • Previous experience working in an administrative role or inbound call centre environment
