About the role

  • Director IT shaping future IT strategy and ERP landscape for a leading service provider. Leading IT department and ensuring compliance while driving technology integration.

Responsibilities

  • You design and are responsible for the IT strategy to support increased scalability of the buy-and-build strategy, manage a double-digit million-euro budget and act as a strategic partner to the C-level.
  • You lead the consolidation of a heterogeneous systems landscape into a central, company-wide ERP system and ensure smooth operations.
  • You lead and develop the IT department and act as a sparring partner for a team of IT specialists, including Digital Transformation, System Administration, Security, Data Engineering, Support and Project Management.
  • You establish robust IT governance that ensures SOX compliance, security and data protection.
  • You serve as the central interface to all relevant stakeholders – from the C-level to the management of partner operations.
  • A major focus is actively shaping post-merger integration, where you ensure the IT-side integration of newly acquired companies.

Requirements

  • Several years of leadership experience in a senior IT role, ideally in dynamic, growth-oriented and decentralized organizational structures
  • Proven strategic expertise in international ERP rollouts (planning, coordination and implementation)
  • Solid knowledge of IT architectures, IT infrastructure, cloud services and IT governance
  • You see yourself as a strategic thinker with a hands-on mentality, who acts entrepreneurially, works in a structured way and can confidently communicate complex issues to diverse international audiences.
