Responsibilities
You design and are responsible for the IT strategy to support increased scalability of the buy-and-build strategy, manage a double-digit million-euro budget and act as a strategic partner to the C-level.
You lead the consolidation of a heterogeneous systems landscape into a central, company-wide ERP system and ensure smooth operations.
You lead and develop the IT department and act as a sparring partner for a team of IT specialists, including Digital Transformation, System Administration, Security, Data Engineering, Support and Project Management.
You establish robust IT governance that ensures SOX compliance, security and data protection.
You serve as the central interface to all relevant stakeholders – from the C-level to the management of partner operations.
A major focus is actively shaping post-merger integration, where you ensure the IT-side integration of newly acquired companies.
Requirements
Several years of leadership experience in a senior IT role, ideally in dynamic, growth-oriented and decentralized organizational structures
Proven strategic expertise in international ERP rollouts (planning, coordination and implementation)
Solid knowledge of IT architectures, IT infrastructure, cloud services and IT governance
