About the role

  • Senior Business Development Manager at a global leader in technology solutions. Driving growth strategies and client partnerships in the Networking sector.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement growth strategies for the Networking portfolio by analyzing the market, identifying opportunities, and structuring plans to increase revenue and market share.
  • Conduct ongoing market analyses (trends, competitors, emerging technologies) to support strategic decisions and identify new areas of opportunity.
  • Strengthen relationships with manufacturers and strategic customers by promoting initiatives that drive demand, customer loyalty, and sustainable growth.
  • Support significant commercial negotiations with the sales team, leading strategic discussions with manufacturers and customers (such as discounts, special terms, and project opportunities).
  • Share knowledge about the Networking portfolio within the commercial team by conducting trainings and providing strategic support to maximize effectiveness in prospecting and capturing opportunities.
  • Contribute to partner channel development by increasing their technical and commercial maturity and accelerating adoption of manufacturers' solutions.
  • Represent the company in strategic meetings, industry events, and interactions with manufacturers and partners, increasing visibility and strengthening the company's positioning.
  • Work closely with marketing to design demand generation campaigns, channel development initiatives, and market activation efforts to drive pipeline and new opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Sales Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in business development or commercial roles within the technology market.
  • Experience with manufacturers in the Networking ecosystem (such as Ruckus, Extreme, Arista, Juniper, Cisco, among others).
  • Previous experience at technology distributors is a plus.
  • Intermediate knowledge of data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI).
  • Familiarity with CRM tools to manage pipeline, opportunities, and customer/partner relationships.
