About the role
- Procurement Analyst managing supply chain tasks including RFQs and vendor negotiations for Shô. Collaborating with diverse teams to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency in Brazilian e-commerce.
Responsibilities
- Create market RFQs (Requests for Quotation) according to demand;
- Negotiate payment terms, prices, and quality with suppliers, and ensure delivery of services under contractual agreements;
- Monitor the purchase order process from issuance through supplier payment;
- Ensure deliveries occur on time and in required quantities (OTIF);
- Update dashboards with internal and external KPIs, IT and supplier management metrics;
- Work with the planning team to monitor highest-consumption items to ensure supply and/or aligned contracts;
- Ensure accurate information is sent to the Planning, Warehouse, and Operations teams;
- Hold regular follow-up meetings with the Operations team;
- Develop processes in conjunction with the Purchasing ERP project, focusing on cost and continuous improvement;
- Execute sourcing and proposal equalization processes.
Requirements
- High school diploma or higher education, in progress or completed.
- Proficient with Google Sheets.
- Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Ariba), negotiation, and purchasing.
- Experience working in procurement/purchasing.
