About the role

Responsibilities
- General order processing and monitoring of delivery dates
- Procurement of non-production materials (NPM)
- Coordination, analysis, optimization and design of SAP process flows in the MM module environment
- First-level support for SAP users
- Monitoring of SAP adaptations as the interface between SAP CBA and internal departments
- Data preparation for the creation of KPIs for purchasing management
- Handling of complaints/claims in cooperation with quality assurance
- Support in obtaining and evaluating quotations
- Monitoring, maintenance and analysis of purchasing master data in SAP
- Training/onboarding of new employees
- Continuous inventory control in line with target coverage levels
Requirements
- Commercial vocational training with several years of professional experience in purchasing / supply chain management
- Solid MS Office skills, particularly Excel
- SAP knowledge (especially MM module)
- Strong communication skills and team spirit
- Analytical thinking
- Structured and solution-oriented working style
- Very good written and spoken German and English
