About the role

  • Operativer Einkäufer responsible for timely procurement and inventory management at TEDOM. Involved in process optimization and price negotiations within a dynamic team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely procurement of service materials
  • Responsible for the ordering/disposition of relevant items according to requirements, including demand and inventory planning
  • Monitor delivery dates, manage dunning/reminder processes and review order confirmations
  • Support optimization of processes and procurement activities
  • Prepare product and quotation requests, including comparison of offers
  • Prepare and conduct price negotiations
  • Verify incoming invoices

Requirements

  • Successfully completed commercial vocational training or an equivalent qualification
  • Ideally several years of professional experience in procurement/purchasing
  • Technical and commercial understanding as well as negotiation skills
  • Independent, solution-oriented and structured working style with a hands-on mentality
  • Confident use of MS Office and ideally experience with ERP systems
  • Good written and spoken English
