About the role

  • Analista de RH Pleno processing payroll and ensuring legal compliance. Collaborating with finance and internal procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor payroll processing activities, ensuring all information and calculations comply with applicable employment legislation
  • Perform data entry for payroll items, manage vacation records, 13th-month pay, validate severance calculations, process new hires, review medical leaves, and handle electronic timekeeping
  • Submit mandatory e-Social files, ensuring processes are delivered within required deadlines
  • Document workflows, procedures, checklists, and policies related to the HR area
  • Develop and test reports for payroll calculation review and audits, and implement best practices and validation procedures
  • Support the accounting classification of payroll items and provide assistance to the finance team on related matters
  • Ensure timely payment of expatriate employees in accordance with applicable legislation and offer letters
  • Review and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual statutory filings for group companies
  • Monitor labor legislation and collective bargaining agreements, applying adjustments when required
  • Organize tasks according to demand while keeping expected results in sight
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and area management by identifying issues, collecting relevant data, and developing action plans with leadership
  • Extract management reports and maintain system data, including information related to organizational hierarchy
  • Collaborate with colleagues by supporting relevant questions and sharing workload without losing sight of priorities
  • Verify employees’ time records monthly and adjust when necessary for export to the designated system

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree completed
  • Strong knowledge of ADP systems
  • Intermediate English
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office / Office Suite
