About the role

  • The hired person will focus on handling customer complaints related to loyalty programs, especially issues involving points and benefits.
  • Main responsibilities include:
  • - Receiving, analyzing and addressing customer complaints, acting as a liaison between the bank and partner companies to seek coherent solutions that comply with agreed policies;
  • - Managing and monitoring contracts, including renewals, renegotiations and terminations;
  • - Reviewing contract drafts and interacting with other internal areas involved in contractual workflows;
  • - The role requires attention to detail, strong reading and analytical skills, and an investigative, proactive approach to finding solutions;
  • - The hired person will also be responsible for validating, managing and maintaining the Bradesco cards offers and partnerships portal.

Requirements

  • Experience with administrative routines and contract management;
  • Experience in handling customer complaints or customer case management;
  • Ability to read and analyze contractual documents;
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, with emphasis on Word (ability to add comments or track changes without altering the main contract text) and Excel (ability to use formulas such as VLOOKUP);
  • Curious, proactive and motivated individual with a desire for professional growth;
  • Dynamism and flexibility in the face of change;
  • Good communication skills, analytical ability and attention to detail;
  • Collaborative and solution-oriented profile;
  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in administrative or related fields.
