About the role

  • Affiliate Marketing Analyst responsible for managing partner platforms at fintech startup. Focused on optimizing affiliate revenue and enhancing sales performance.

Responsibilities

  • Management of partner affiliate platforms
  • Identification, prospecting and setup of new affiliate platforms and/or advertisers
  • Management and monitoring of advertiser performance (e.g., conversion rate, clicks, approval rate, revenue, etc.)
  • Planning and execution of action plans to improve and boost sales and advertiser performance
  • Control and organization of received commissions
  • Analysis of reasons for rejections and implementation of corrective actions
  • Planning, updating and monitoring CRM campaigns (email, push) to maximize promotion and advertiser launches. Will work alongside the CRM point of contact.
  • Liaison with affiliate platforms (e.g., Awin, Rakuten, Social Soul)
  • Interface with teams such as Product and Technology to implement improvement initiatives
  • Identification and prospecting of commercial partnerships with affiliate platforms.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in Affiliate Marketing
  • Strong understanding of affiliate revenue approval and rejection mechanics
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Preferred
  • Experience in startups
  • Advanced English
