About the role

  • Director of Belonging & Business Enablement at Equinix leading initiatives for inclusion and belonging. Collaborating to foster an equitable workplace culture and embedding inclusive principles into policies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead activation of belonging for all employees through a consultative approach
  • Collaborate across Community & Belonging (C&B) and TPT for inclusive workplace culture
  • Embed inclusive principles into policies across Equinix, driving systemic change
  • Execute Diversity, Inclusion, Belonging, and Accessibility (DIBA) strategy
  • Partner with FPT leads to integrate C&B principles into talent strategies
  • Champion initiatives for psychological safety and inclusive behaviors
  • Ensure workplace policies and experiences are inclusive and accessible
  • Use qualitative and quantitative data to inform strategic decision-making
  • Track and report KPIs for engagement and belonging
  • Build relationships with global, regional, and local leaders

Requirements

  • 10+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong emphasis on belonging, inclusion, employee engagement, strategic planning, belonging, and program delivery
  • Demonstrated experience with interacting and engagement of Employee Resource Groups or similar networks
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
  • Expertise in data-driven decision-making, stakeholder management, and communications strategy
