Responsibilities
Lead activation of belonging for all employees through a consultative approach
Collaborate across Community & Belonging (C&B) and TPT for inclusive workplace culture
Embed inclusive principles into policies across Equinix, driving systemic change
Execute Diversity, Inclusion, Belonging, and Accessibility (DIBA) strategy
Partner with FPT leads to integrate C&B principles into talent strategies
Champion initiatives for psychological safety and inclusive behaviors
Ensure workplace policies and experiences are inclusive and accessible
Use qualitative and quantitative data to inform strategic decision-making
Track and report KPIs for engagement and belonging
Build relationships with global, regional, and local leaders
Requirements
10+ years of relevant experience
Strong emphasis on belonging, inclusion, employee engagement, strategic planning, belonging, and program delivery
Demonstrated experience with interacting and engagement of Employee Resource Groups or similar networks
