Analista Comercial focused on international relations in a health education startup. Engaging with clients and supporting commercial activities while working in a hybrid model.
Responsibilities
Enviar materiais comerciais, apresentações e propostas para clientes internacionais.
Participar de reuniões com clientes (remotas ou presenciais), realizando anotações e dando suporte nas demandas decorrentes.
Realizar apresentações institucionais e de portfólio para clientes.
Auxiliar no acompanhamento de leads, propostas e oportunidades no CRM.
Apoiar o time comercial em tarefas administrativas (organização de documentos, contratos, relatórios, planilhas).
Atualizar dashboards e indicadores simples da área.
Acompanhar processos de follow-up com clientes e fornecedores quando necessário.
Dar suporte logístico e operacional em ações comerciais e eventos internacionais.
Colaborar com outras áreas internas (Marketing, Financeiro, Acadêmico, etc.) para garantir fluidez nas entregas ao cliente.
Requirements
Formação superior em andamento ou completa: Administração, Comércio Exterior, Relações Internacionais, Marketing, Negócios ou áreas correlatas.
Inglês avançado (fluente).
Boa comunicação escrita e verbal.
Organização, proatividade e boa capacidade de relacionamento.
Familiaridade com ferramentas de apresentação (PowerPoint, Google Slides) e Excel/Sheets.
Experiência prévia em rotinas comerciais ou atendimento internacional.
Conhecimento em CRM (HubSpot, RD Station, Pipedrive etc.).
Vivência com envio de materiais, propostas e follow-up comercial.
