About the role

  • ICT-Support Engineer working on technical support and infrastructure at p3b AG in Bern. Engaging in 2nd and 3rd level support, collaborating with developers and managing documentation.

Responsibilities

  • You handle incidents in 2nd- to 3rd-level support and find efficient solutions
  • You analyse and resolve more complex technical issues
  • You troubleshoot issues directly by phone, remote access or on-site
  • You take care of infrastructure, servers and networks
  • You create and maintain relevant documentation (e.g. guides)
  • You manage user and permission administration
  • You work closely with developers and other key stakeholders in the company

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training in IT or equivalent professional experience
  • Knowledge of Windows Server and M365/Azure
  • Proven professional experience in ICT support
  • A Category B driver’s license is an advantage
  • German language skills, spoken and written (C1)
  • English at least basic knowledge (B2)
