Responsibilities
Responsible for establishing and maintaining a network of regionally relevant stakeholders and institutions within the German healthcare system
Initiating, preparing and conducting negotiations of discount agreements together with the Contracting team
Proactively informing decision-makers in the region about new product launches and other product-related topics
Analyzing current and potential customers regarding possible collaborations
Supporting the marketing organization by regularly updating them on relevant regional topics
Contributing to strategic and cross-team topics and projects
Requirements
University degree in economics or natural sciences, plus completed training as a pharmaceutical sales representative, PTA (Pharmaceutical Technical Assistant), MTA (Medical Technical Assistant), BTA (Biological Technical Assistant), CTA (Chemical Technical Assistant) or qualification as a scientist
Native-level German (C2) and fluent English, both written and spoken
At least 5 years of professional experience in account management or KOL management, ideally in the context of Associations of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians (Kassenärztliche Vereinigungen), Medical Services (Medizinische Dienste) or comparable institutions
Solid knowledge of the German healthcare system, its stakeholders, structures and decision-making pathways
Demonstrable skills in project management, strategic thinking, and professional presentation and communication
