Responsibilities
Strategic development and expansion of key customers (OEMs, Tier‑1)
Management of existing customer relationships on both technical and commercial levels
Coordination and responsibility for acquisition and series projects in the area of interior lighting
Price and contract negotiations as well as management of complex sales processes
Collaboration with development and project teams to implement customer‑specific solutions
Market and competitor analyses; identification of new business and product opportunities
Reporting, forecasting and responsibility for sales/revenue
Requirements
Completed technical degree, preferably in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or a comparable qualification
Several years of experience in Key Account Management within the automotive sector, ideally in interior lighting or optoelectronics
Solid knowledge of automotive processes (APQP, IATF 16949, VDA)
Strong customer orientation, willingness to travel and experience in an international environment
Entrepreneurial mindset, strong closing skills and a structured working style
Fluent German and English; additional languages are an advantage
