About the role
- Property Manager overseeing residential properties in Berlin with a focus on customer care. Engage in administration, tenant communication, and property maintenance coordination.
Responsibilities
- Commercial/administrative management of an assigned property portfolio, acting as the primary point of contact for our clients
- Active participation in portfolio development
- Correspondence with our clients, service providers, legal representatives, authorities, etc.
- Handling of termination processes (lease terminations)
- Conducting pre-inspections, final inspections at lease termination, and handovers after re-letting
- Processing and resolution of defects and maintenance issues
- Regular property inspections and responsibility for ensuring ongoing safety and compliance
- Collaboration with the technical/maintenance team
- Close cooperation with external service providers (especially caretakers, tradespeople, etc.)
- Continuous data maintenance
Requirements
- Completed training as a real estate specialist (m/f/d) or several years of professional experience in property management
- Ideally, experience with SAP
- Good proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent written and spoken German
- Service-oriented mindset and approach
- Structured working style and enjoyment of teamwork
