Responsibilities
Commercial/administrative management of an assigned property portfolio, acting as the primary point of contact for our clients
Active participation in portfolio development
Correspondence with our clients, service providers, legal representatives, authorities, etc.
Handling of termination processes (lease terminations)
Conducting pre-inspections, final inspections at lease termination, and handovers after re-letting
Processing and resolution of defects and maintenance issues
Regular property inspections and responsibility for ensuring ongoing safety and compliance
Collaboration with the technical/maintenance team
Close cooperation with external service providers (especially caretakers, tradespeople, etc.)
Continuous data maintenance
Requirements
Completed training as a real estate specialist (m/f/d) or several years of professional experience in property management
Ideally, experience with SAP
Good proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Excellent written and spoken German
Service-oriented mindset and approach
Structured working style and enjoyment of teamwork
