Responsibilities
Dar soporte directo a la Dirección de Tienda en la gestión diaria del punto de venta
Contribuir al cumplimiento de los objetivos comerciales y garantizar los estándares de calidad
Supervisar la atención al cliente y de la actitud comercial
Organización y control de tareas diarias
Gestión de pedidos y encargos de clientes
Supervisión de la operativa diaria y resolución de incidencias
Requirements
Experiencia mínima de 2–3 años en posiciones de Assistant Manager / Adjunto/a / Responsable de tienda
Perfil claramente comercial y orientado a resultados
Capacidad de liderazgo, organización y toma de decisiones
Persona resolutiva, empática y con sensibilidad por el cliente y el producto
Catalán y castellano imprescindibles; se valorará inglés
Buen manejo de herramientas informáticas
