About the role

  • Supporting renowned clients in manufacturing, healthcare, the public sector, telecommunications, and financial services; experience in regulated environments and enterprise governance.
  • Presales support including RFP/bid management, solution sketches, demos, and effort estimates; proven success in proposal processes and pitch experience.
  • Project management and coordination between business and engineering, including roadmap and release planning; experience in agile delivery (Scrum/Kanban) and stakeholder steering.
  • Designing and implementing Salesforce solutions; optimizing customer journeys drives you, and integrations within the Salesforce ecosystem and with third‑party systems are part of your daily work.
  • Diverse, unique projects using cutting‑edge technologies; solid Salesforce expertise applied daily, with familiarity in complex multi‑org and multi‑cloud setups.

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in project management as well as Salesforce consulting and configuration
  • Experience in presales and RFP/bid management
  • Salesforce certifications: Administrator, Platform Developer I & II; Application Architect is a plus
  • Understanding of integration, architecture, data governance, and performance considerations
  • Strong communication skills and enjoyment of collaborating with clients and interdisciplinary teams
  • High level of autonomy with the ability to proactively seek support when needed
  • Native-level German (spoken and written); fluent English; French is a plus
