Responsibilities
Help us digitize international freight transportation!
Serve as the primary coordinator for international transport, managing our service providers.
Keep clients informed about the progress of their shipments.
Update clients at key milestones and guide them through any challenges.
Provide the best possible solutions when issues arise.
Manage a portfolio of customers and coordinate air, sea, road, and rail transport.
Advise customers and proactively resolve operational issues.
Contribute to continuous improvement across quoting, operations, and billing processes.
Handle customer invoicing and explain any discrepancies between quotes and billing.
Manage supplier relationships and negotiations (carriers and agents worldwide).
Requirements
Strong interest in the transport and logistics industry.
Ability to handle demanding situations: operations days in transportation are dynamic and intense.
Comfortable managing multiple issues and requests simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Solution-oriented mindset and ability to take initiative.
Excellent communication skills.
Fluent in both French and English.
