Responsibilities
- Help us digitize international freight transportation!
- Serve as the primary coordinator for international transport, managing our service providers.
- Keep clients informed about the progress of their shipments.
- Update clients at key milestones and guide them through any challenges.
- Provide the best possible solutions when issues arise.
- Manage a portfolio of customers and coordinate air, sea, road, and rail transport.
- Advise customers and proactively resolve operational issues.
- Contribute to continuous improvement across quoting, operations, and billing processes.
- Handle customer invoicing and explain any discrepancies between quotes and billing.
- Manage supplier relationships and negotiations (carriers and agents worldwide).
Requirements
- Strong interest in the transport and logistics industry.
- Ability to handle demanding situations: operations days in transportation are dynamic and intense.
- Comfortable managing multiple issues and requests simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Solution-oriented mindset and ability to take initiative.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluent in both French and English.
