Responsibilities
Lead the transformation of Hive Health’s finance function into a high-performing, data-driven, and strategically aligned powerhouse
Develop and implement a transformation roadmap, aligned with Hive’s strategic goals
Conduct assessments and gap analyses to identify opportunities and action plans for cost reduction, speed, and better insights
Redesign and optimize core finance processes across Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, and Budget-to-Report cycles
Simplify policies, minimize manual interventions, and ensure regulatory and control compliance
Evaluate and deploy finance technologies including ERP, FP&A tools, automation solutions (RPA, workflow systems), and analytics platforms
Partner with data and engineering teams to ensure data availability, integrity, and governance
Redesign the finance operating model, including potential use of shared services, centers of excellence, outsourcing, or agile pods
Define governance and service standards across decentralized or scaled teams
Embed robust controls and risk frameworks across redesigned processes
Ensure continuity, auditability, and compliance within transformed environments
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields; CPA or MBA/MS Finance is a plus
Minimum of 4+ years of experience in finance, business transformation, consulting, or process improvement roles
Strong understanding of financial processes, systems architecture, ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, QuickBooks), and automation tools (e.g., Power Automate, UiPath)
Proven success in leading cross-functional projects and driving organizational change
Experience in a scaling company or high-growth industry (e.g., healthcare, fintech, startup) is highly preferred
Highly analytical, systems-thinker, with excellent problem-solving and project management skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders.
