- BA/BS degree in Health & Safety, Environmental Management or related field of study or equivalent experience
- A minimum of 5+ years of EH&S experience or 7+ years of elevator technical field experience
- Knowledge of management systems, policies, and strategies needed to implement EH&S
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)
