About the role

  • Employment Law Specialist focusing on legal compliance for company growth in France and internationally. Handling labor relations and legal obligations in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Draft collective agreements
  • Negotiate and draft collective agreements with management
  • Oversee relations with the Works Council
  • Advise HR teams on individual situations
  • Ensure compliance of HR practices in subsidiaries
  • Conduct benchmarking of legal obligations
  • Implement compliance indicators and anticipate legal risks
  • Maintain ongoing monitoring of employment law

Requirements

  • English language proficiency (level assessed)
  • Energized by an ever-shifting work environment
  • Highly collaborative
  • Sufficiently experienced to prioritize business-led actions
  • Master’s degree in employment law or equivalent
  • 8 to 10 years of experience in employment law
  • Experience in a scale-up or high-growth environment
  • Strong expertise in French and international employment law
  • Proficiency in managing relations with employee representative bodies
  • Fluent in French and English
