  • Collaborate cross-functionally with HR and external vendors for smooth operations
  • Deliver insights by handling compensation and benefits surveys, building dashboards
  • Support global initiatives and annual compensation cycle
  • Champion compliance by assisting with audits and maintaining data integrity
  • Handle transactional tasks and response to employee inquiries
  • Partner with HR Technology and Comp Operations for future program designs
  • Stay updated with market trends and external research

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience rocking the world of Compensation Administration
  • Fluent in HR tech – Workday and ServiceNow
  • Strong analytical skills with numbers
  • Great communication skills, especially in English
  • Additional language skills are a plus
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic global environment
  • Familiarity with compensation surveys from firms like Mercer, Willis Towers Watson, and Aon/Radford
