Responsibilities
defining and executing the product vision and strategy for our Intermodal product portfolio
collaborating closely with Customers, Product Managers, Engineering, Sales, and external stakeholders
transforming ideas into action and driving mission forward
collaborating with product managers and stakeholders to identify customer needs, use cases, user personas
translating customer needs into product requirements, user experience and interface requirements
writing epics, user stories, acceptance criteria
developing user journey workflows
co-ordinating with design team to develop wireframes
identifying technical product gaps, articulating new features
monitoring and analyzing product performance using data-driven insights
innovating with new product offerings and differentiated feature sets
developing and owning the product roadmap
project management key stakeholder in product development cycle
project planning and managing product backlog
prioritizing stories, grooming engineering team, and reviewing finished product
collecting customer feedback and iterating
collaborating with cross-functional teams
Requirements
3+ years of experience in Product Management with overall 6+ years of experience
write product requirements
identify use cases, product features
develop product roadmaps
Good understanding of product management practices, frameworks, agile/scrum methodologies
Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and training skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical ability
Willingness to travel to customer and non-customer sites (10%-20%)

background in the logistics industry, with knowledge of assets that move goods across Railroad and Maritime.
