About the role
- Salesforce TPM Solution Architect managing the implementation of Salesforce Trade Promotion Management. Leading design and integration in a global corporate environment with advanced Salesforce mastery.
Responsibilities
- Define and sustain the end-to-end technical architecture for the Salesforce TPM solution, ensuring alignment with architectural and governance best practices
- Translate architecture into clear technical guidelines for the implementation team, supporting the design of complex integrations with external systems
- Lead the definition of secure, scalable, and high-performance REST API integration strategies
- Act as the main technical point of contact for business stakeholders, translating functional requirements into scalable technical solutions and implementation roadmaps
- Ensure quality, security, performance, and scalability standards throughout the development lifecycle
- Support and facilitate technical and functional workshops with global stakeholders
- Collaborate with architects, development teams, and partners to ensure timely delivery and high technical quality
Requirements
- Advanced Salesforce TPM – Solution Architect / Technical Lead
- Advanced experience in Salesforce architecture, with strong expertise in Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud (Community Cloud)
- Proven experience managing Salesforce environments with high data volumes and multiple external integrations
- Advanced expertise in REST API integrations, including security and scalability best practices
- Hands-on experience designing and leading integrations with complex enterprise systems (e.g., Anaplan, Tibco EBX, SAP S/4, GCP, Azure, CarOpp, or similar platforms)
- Experience in technical leadership or architecture roles in large-scale Salesforce programs
- Advanced English proficiency for global collaboration
