About the role
- Technical Product Owner ensuring the successful integration of ERP solutions in pharmaceutical manufacturing. Leading strategic initiatives and managing cross-functional teams in a highly regulated environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide a strategic vision around E2E Production Execution capability roadmap
- Shape and prioritize backlog, using business expertise
- Act as the “voice of the customer” within the squad
- Provide inputs for the planning and execution of Technical Testing by Engineering team
- Drive reporting and analytics to provide visibility on squad performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- A minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience
- A minimum of 5 years relevant SAP experience
- A minimum of 5 years relevant Pharma experience in the Manufacturing Execution space.
- Strong Knowledge of Supply Chain Manufacturing business processes
- Deep understanding of the implications of Manufacturing Execution in Inventory Management and Quality Management space
- Experience with Agile methodology and understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle Management model
- Proven success in leading multi-functional self-organized teams.
