About the role

  • Business Development Manager responsible for driving revenue growth in collision repair and ADAS services. Focuses on customer acquisition and maintaining client relationships in the U.S. market.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for sales of the OPUS IVS collision software, specifically the Connect/Mobile CoPilot platform solutions.
  • Grow electronic transactions that occur between ADAS service and calibration providers and the ADAS MAP collision repair shops.
  • Generate new leads and maintain a consistent sales pipeline to achieve monthly sales KPIs and quota.
  • Prospect and close new business opportunities through cold calling, email, relationship building, online webinars, industry events, etc.
  • Work the full sales cycle from opening to closing the sale and through post-sale customer engagement and expansion.
  • Utilize a variety of inbound leads including web leads, call-ins, pre-set appointments and referrals.
  • Build meaningful business relationships through a consultative selling approach.
  • Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Generate, maintain, and expand the existing database of prospects.
  • Collaborate with channel partners and other industry leaders to expand Opus IVS’s footprint and brand.
  • Maintain accurate account, pipeline, and forecasting data within CRM and ERP systems.

Requirements

  • Proven understanding of the ADAS ecosystem within the collision industry
  • Proven understanding of collision shop workflows
  • Proven understanding of ADAS service and calibration provider workflows
  • Minimum 2 years of successful sales experience prospecting and selling software solutions to the collision industry.
  • Strong phone presence.
  • Ability to generate interest and close sales with collision repair shops and ADAS service and calibration providers
  • Proficient working individually and within a team structure.
  • Goal driven, well organized with strong communication skills.
  • Ability to keep a positive attitude dealing with upset customers or in the face of rejection.
  • Able to successfully multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Proficient in presenting to small groups and performing online webinars.
  • Strong relationship management and customer service mindset.
  • Familiar with Microsoft 365.
