About the role

  • Senior Business Development Manager for Hybrid BPO business. Driving business growth through strategic development and client relationship management.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue business opportunities using different technologies and solutions on data conversion, AI OCR, workflow management and automation
  • Identify and explore new sectors of market
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery
  • Monitor market trends and intelligence, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay ahead of the curve
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in business development or sales, with at least 3 years in a senior sales role selling solutions either on outsourcing and IT industry
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in Cantonese, English
  • Fluent in Mandarin is an advantage
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Deep knowledge in Hong Kong BPO market is preferred
  • Less experienced candidate would be considered as Solution Sales in Hybrid BPO Business.
