About the role

  • Business Development Executive promoting BPO solutions for AI OCR and automation. Identifying new business opportunities and building client relationships in Hybrid BPO business.

Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation of business development strategies to help achieve company sales goals
  • Identify and approach potential clients in existing and new customer base
  • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and quotations for clients
  • Maintain positive relationships with new and existing customers
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction
  • Keep updated with market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
  • Provide regular updates and reports on business development activities to your supervisor or manager

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably related to outsourcing or technology solutions
  • Fluent in both Cantonese and English is a must; Mandarin is an advantage
  • Eagerness to learn and develop within a growing company
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player
  • Experience on AI OCR and workflow management is an advantage
