About the role

  • Growth & Marketing Operations Manager for Optimile & Mobiflow driving the entire revenue engine. Combining marketing strategy and technical execution for sustainable growth and innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Optimize the full funnel through continuous testing, from ads to landing pages and conversion flows.
  • Manage and scale performance marketing campaigns (SEA, social, review platforms) with a strong focus on lead quality and ROI.
  • Partner with the Head of Marketing to execute our international go-to-market strategy.
  • Take ownership of our MarTech architecture and continuously improve it.
  • Design smart lead management flows: scoring, routing and seamless handover from Marketing to Sales.
  • Own our websites: content updates, landing pages, tracking setup and conversion optimization.
  • Execute product updates, newsletters and critical customer communications.
  • Maintain high data quality through segmentation, enrichment and compliance.
  • Build automated nurture and drip campaigns tailored to persona and buying stage.
  • Build and maintain clear performance dashboards, our single source of truth across channels and countries.
  • Analyze attribution to understand which touchpoints truly drive revenue and growth.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing
  • Highly skilled in marketing automation tools (HubSpot or similar)
  • Strong understanding of CRM logic
  • Comfortable with tracking pixels, UTM parameters, APIs, and tools like Zapier
  • Analytical and curious, looking for the “why” behind the numbers
  • Execution-driven and love building scalable systems from the ground up.
