Responsibilities
Conduct market research to identify new sectors and trends in need of specialized medical services
Initiate and manage contact with potential B2B clients across a wide range of industries
Manage initial outreach, appointment setting, and relationship nurturing
Accompany senior management to client meetings and assist in tailoring proposals to fit client needs
Maintain and update internal CRM and tracking systems, ensuring data accuracy for both sales and operational purposes/ to ensure accurate reporting and informed decision-making
Monitoring RFP's & RFI's
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between client expectations and service delivery
Requirements
BSc in Marketing & Communications, Business Administration, or related field
2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development, preferably in professional services
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent communication skills in English
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building abilities
Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented
Familiarity with CRM systems and basic reporting tools is a plus
