About the role

  • Account Executive at HeyTeam acquiring new clients and optimizing sales performance. Engage with leads, manage client relationships, and present solutions in a dynamic team environment.

Responsibilities

  • The Account Executive reports directly to the CRO/CEO and is part of the Sales team.
  • Responsible for acquiring new clients and optimizing HeyTeam's sales performance.
  • Aim to generate maximum revenue (orders booked in ARR) from new clients.
  • Identify new opportunities
  • Manage inbound leads through calls and email sequences
  • Manage activities using data to reach targets
  • Manage a portfolio of large/key accounts and handle renewals
  • Activate partners such as consulting firms and software vendors to build the pipeline
  • Prospect targeted accounts and named companies through outbound outreach
  • Present HeyTeam and its value proposition
  • Serve as an internal reference for commercial best practices (coaching role)
  • Master the product to conduct demonstrations
  • Prepare commercial proposals
  • Negotiate and close contracts

Requirements

  • Autonomous, organized, data-driven
  • 6+ years of experience in SaaS sales
  • Sales experience in HR tech is a plus
  • Results-oriented and motivated to exceed targets
  • Team player: fulfilling your responsibilities contributes to the success of the sales team
  • Curious to explore the world of HR SaaS platforms and their challenges
