About the role

  • Business Development Specialist focusing on growing market segments for Omise in Singapore. Generate new business and cultivate relationships in the financial services sector.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business, negotiate deals, and close contracts for Omise.
  • Identify and approach prospective mid-market and enterprise customers.
  • Build long-term relationships with your merchants.
  • Collaborate across different functions to close the deal.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience as a business development, sales, or a relevant role.
  • Proven deal closer and strong communicator.
  • Experience in a Sales hunter role selling complex enterprise software, technical infrastructure or financial services.
  • Experience in selling to enterprise merchants and financial institutions.
  • Strong hunting and pipeline development skills.
  • Experience in using a sales methodology.
  • Have a relevant business network in South-East Asia.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Have a natural curiosity and a can-do attitude.
  • Strong acquiring knowledge.
  • Fluency in English; Mandarin is a plus.
