About the role

  • Manager for international SI purchases at PwC, focusing on digitizing procurement processes. Lead projects and enhance client relationships while ensuring quality delivery and team development.

Responsibilities

  • As part of the Procurement practice, your role will be to lead large-scale international procurement IT projects by digitizing Source-to-Pay processes:
  • Participate in the early phases of projects: defining business strategies, the enterprise roadmap, and the initial high-level orientations.
  • Design, develop and implement procurement IT solutions (Coupa, Ivalua, SAP Ariba, Jaggaer, Zycus, GEP, etc.) for our clients, applying industry best practices.
  • Lead and/or contribute to the production of deliverables and present them to clients at all hierarchical levels.
  • Support discussions on architecture and ERP infrastructures interfaced with the procurement IT systems.
  • Ensure communication and promotion of the project to all stakeholders.
  • Obtain and maintain certifications and continuously train on procurement IT solutions and their innovations.
  • Lead teams and ensure quality of delivery during engagements.
  • Contribute to business development and client relationship management.
  • Contribute to Thought Leadership production (proposals, viewpoints, articles...).
  • Act as a role model and contribute to training and upskilling of teams.
  • Together with the Management Group, define and drive our development plan.

Requirements

  • You hold a master’s degree (business school, engineering school, IEP, or a postgraduate degree specialized in Procurement).
  • You have at least seven years' experience in consulting or as an end client in implementing a procurement IT system, particularly with Ivalua/Coupa/SAP Ariba.
  • Ideally you are certified on Ivalua or one of these solutions: Coupa, SAP Ariba, Jaggaer, Zycus, GEP, etc.
  • You have strong procurement domain knowledge.
  • Your facilitation, presentation and communication skills, in both French and English, enable you to effectively manage a community.
  • Your advanced English proficiency helps you adapt and succeed in an international environment.
  • Understanding and mastery of end-to-end flows and integration challenges with ERPs is a plus.
