About the role

  • Marketing Leader driving brand growth within Enterprise markets for an Austin tech firm. Leading strategic Go to Market efforts and demand generation initiatives in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop compelling product positioning and messaging for the company’s Enterprise target market.
  • Own and build the company’s demand generation engine across all established channels
  • Build narratives that communicate differentiation, and category leadership.
  • Provide insight into market trends, competitive landscape, and positioning.
  • Lead Go to Market strategy for product features in partnership with Product and Sales teams
  • Create data-driven, performance-focused campaigns with clear KPIs and reporting.
  • Deliver predictable, scalable lead flow aligned with growth goals.
  • Partner closely with Sales to optimize funnel performance and conversion.
  • Establish marketing processes and systems to support ongoing growth
  • Drive accountability and foster a culture of ownership, speed, and transparency.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of marketing leadership experience with recent Director or VP roles
  • Deep expertise in demand gen, lead gen, and revenue marketing
  • Evidence of success scaling marketing in a B2B SaaS company
  • Strong product marketing background
