About the role

  • Managed IT Services Sales Expert driving growth in the DACH region through strategic customer acquisition and solutions expertise. Collaborating with teams to deliver tailored IT services and solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Acquisition of new customers and expansion of existing accounts in the Managed IT Services segment across the DACH region
  • Identification of customer challenges and potential solution approaches with clear business value based on our portfolio
  • Commercial leadership of acquisition projects from lead qualification to successful close in close collaboration with our technical Managed IT experts
  • Development of business cases / ROI analyses together with our Managed IT experts
  • Commercial support for solution and proposal presentations, conducting negotiations and securing business agreements
  • Close collaboration with Marketing on targeted activities to acquire new customers
  • Participation in the further development of our solution portfolio based on customer and market requirements

Requirements

  • 15+ years of professional experience; experience in presales or project management is a clear advantage
  • At least 7 years of experience selling Managed IT Services to enterprise and/or mid-market customers with proven success
  • Strong interest in modern business solutions in the areas of Managed IT Infrastructure and Cloud
  • Confident handling of business metrics and calculations as well as very strong analytical skills
  • Innovative, confident presence, self-initiative and willingness to take responsibility as a solutions partner in escalation and conflict management
  • High social competence and self-motivation to meet new people and companies, combined with strong persuasion and closing skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English
