Enterprise Account Executive responsible for retention and upselling within Onit’s customer portfolio. Supporting a best-in-class customer experience through relationship management and collaboration.
Responsibilities
Act as the primary owner of customer relationships and account strategy, serving as a trusted advisor to customers while developing relationships with multiple stakeholders.
Consistently achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas with accurate pipeline forecasting.
Develop and execute strategic account plans and account-based marketing (ABM) outreach.
Leverage data and analytics to inform sales tactics, identify opportunities, and report performance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across customer organizations.
Lead confident, value-driven client meetings and effectively communicate Onit’s solutions and benefits.
Partner with internal teams— including SDRs, Client Success Managers, and Marketing—to execute revenue, retention, and growth strategies.
Manage the full customer lifecycle, including renewals, expansion opportunities, and quarterly business reviews.
Maintain accurate CRM records of account activity, opportunities, and customer engagement/attrition risks.
Requirements
3+ years’ quota-carrying SaaS experience with proven track record in high velocity sales
Experience with Salesforce, Outreach and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Highly motivated and disciplined self-starter with excellent oral and written communication skills
Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels including executive and C-level
Experience delivering customer-focused solutions that drive increased customer satisfaction and revenue
Able to thrive in a fast paced, self-directed environment
Must be comfortable managing multiple tasks in real time
4-year degree required
