Responsibilities
Partner with senior leaders, HR professionals, and stakeholders to assess development needs
Deliver and evaluate leadership and employee development programs, including workshops and training sessions
Use data, assessment tools, and feedback to evaluate program effectiveness
Provide one-on-one coaching to emerging and established leaders
Foster a culture of continuous learning and a growth mindset
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field
Master's Degree preferred
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in leadership development or related field for mid-sized and large organizations
Proficiently used Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems
Skills in delivering leadership development programs tailored to organizational needs
Skills in providing one-on-one coaching to support leader growth and performance
Skills in facilitating workshops, training sessions, and team-building activities effectively
Skills in managing complex projects with attention to timelines, resources, and outcomes
Skills in utilizing assessment tools to evaluate skills and identify areas for improvement
