Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior leaders, HR professionals, and stakeholders to assess development needs
  • Deliver and evaluate leadership and employee development programs, including workshops and training sessions
  • Use data, assessment tools, and feedback to evaluate program effectiveness
  • Provide one-on-one coaching to emerging and established leaders
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and a growth mindset

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field
  • Master's Degree preferred
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in leadership development or related field for mid-sized and large organizations
  • Proficiently used Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems
  • Skills in delivering leadership development programs tailored to organizational needs
  • Skills in providing one-on-one coaching to support leader growth and performance
  • Skills in facilitating workshops, training sessions, and team-building activities effectively
  • Skills in managing complex projects with attention to timelines, resources, and outcomes
  • Skills in utilizing assessment tools to evaluate skills and identify areas for improvement
