Responsibilities
Provides expert advice and counsel on HR policy and compliance, Employment Processing and Onboarding, Performance Management, Compensation and Benefits, Employee Relations
Promotes HR practices that provide an employee-oriented, high-performance culture
Proactively expands HR expertise to serve as a trusted subject matter expert
Builds and maintains strong relationships with client representatives
Interprets client contracts and manages billable work
Demonstrates proven project management skills and the ability to multi-task
Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field
a minimum of 7 years of HR experience as an HR Generalist/Leader
a blend of both corporate and consulting experience
Certification as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification strongly preferred
Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office Products
Experience using an HRIS system
Sense of urgency and exceptional communication skills
Strong research, analytical and project management skills
Strong presentation skills
Ability to coach employees and management objectively through complex, difficult, and emotional issues
Sound judgment and a high level of confidentiality
