Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field
- a minimum of 7 years of HR experience as an HR Generalist/Leader
- a blend of both corporate and consulting experience
- Certification as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification strongly preferred
- Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office Products
- Experience using an HRIS system
- Sense of urgency and exceptional communication skills
- Strong research, analytical and project management skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Ability to coach employees and management objectively through complex, difficult, and emotional issues
