Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant responsible for end-to-end HR solutions implementation and support. Collaborating with global teams to ensure configurations meet business needs.
Responsibilities
Configure and manage Enterprise Structures (Legal Entities, Business Units, Divisions, Departments, Jobs, Positions, Grades, Locations);
Configure workforce structures, workforce profiles, employment models, and person management setups;
Design and configure journeys, checklist templates, seniority dates, and fast formulas;
Configure approvals using BPM and manage approval workflows for Core HR transactions;
Perform UI personalization and enhancements using Redwood UI and Visual Builder Studio (VBS);
Collaborate with onsite functional teams to translate requirements into configurations;
Prepare and maintain configuration workbooks (CVWs), functional design documents (FDDs), and setup documentation;
Work with data conversion teams for data mapping, validation, HDL/HSDL loads, and migration activities;
Support unit testing, SIT, UAT cycles, and production deployment activities;
Manage and support functional configurations across environments (DEV, TEST, UAT, PROD);
Troubleshoot issues and provide functional/technical solutions during implementation and post-go-live phases.
Requirements
Minimum 7 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM with a strong focus on Core HR;
Proven experience in at least 2 to 3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations;
Hands-on experience in Core HR configurations (Enterprise Structures, Workforce Structures, Person Management);
Experience in approvals/workflows configuration using BPM Worklist;
Experience with Journeys and Checklist configuration;
Experience with HDL/HSDL for data loading and migration activities;
Experience supporting unit testing, SIT, UAT cycles;
Experience with configuration documentation (CVW / FDD);
Strong working knowledge of Fast Formulas (Seniority Dates, Eligibility, etc.);
Strong communication skills and ability to interact with business stakeholders.
