About the role

  • Senior People Business Partner responsible for key HR areas at a tech-enabled service company. Partnering with leadership for alignment with business objectives while managing employee relations and benefits.

Responsibilities

  • Managing key areas of our HR function while partnering closely with leadership.
  • Provide guidance and support on employee relations matters, including performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
  • Oversee employee benefits programs and manage leave policies.
  • Support compensation reviews and assist in developing compensation strategies.
  • Leverage data to identify trends and drive HR initiatives.
  • Lead onboarding, off-boarding, policy updates, and compliance management.
  • Collaborate with leaders to implement training programs.

Requirements

  • 7-10+ years of HR experience, including employee relations, benefits, and compensation administration.
  • Broad HR generalist experience, with a specialization in at least one area (e.g., compensation, benefits).
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and HR data analysis.
  • Experience working in growth-stage tech or tech-enabled companies, ideally SaaS.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and familiarity with compensation benchmarking tools.
