About the role
- Growth Analyst responsible for automation flows and aligning product and marketing teams at a fast-growing Brazilian tech company.
Responsibilities
- Creation of in-app automation flows and other channel automations focused on Product-Led Growth (PLG);
- Organize Growth and PLG routines and structures;
- Align customer interaction communications in onboarding, upsell, and cross-sell campaigns;
- Bridge the Product, Marketing, and Growth teams at Omie to align customer journeys;
- Execute experiments and tests to increase customer engagement, activation, and retention.
Requirements
- Experience executing Growth routines and initiatives;
- Experience applying agile methodologies;
- Experience in performance marketing;
- Data-driven profile with decisions based on data;
- Familiarity with software development;
- Experience with Product-Led Growth (PLG) is a plus.
