Responsibilities
- Develop and implement innovative growth marketing strategies and campaigns to drive business objectives
- Identify and evaluate new marketing channels, technologies, and opportunities for expansion
- Collaborate closely with product, sales, and analytics teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals
- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns, including email, paid media, SEO/SEM, social media, and content marketing
- Continuously optimize campaigns through A/B testing, performance analysis, and data-driven insights
- Manage marketing automation workflows and nurture programs to enhance customer engagement
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics such as conversion rates, customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), and ROI
- Present campaign results, insights, and recommendations to internal stakeholders and leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in digital or growth marketing, preferably in B2B or SaaS environments
- Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo), CRM systems (Salesforce), and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau)
- Hands-on experience with paid media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and content strategy
- Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven, and collaborative environment.
