About the role

  • Manager, Field Leadership & Advisor Growth at Prudential designing training programs for sales leaders. Collaborating with leadership to enhance advisor recruiting and performance.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Director, Field Leadership & Growth to develop and manage programs for identified future sales leaders.
  • Use sales performance data to identify skill gaps and recommend targeted development solutions.
  • Design and develop engaging training and learning experiences for sales managers (topics focus on driving double digit advisor recruiting and revenue growth).
  • Deliver virtual and in-person sessions focused on leadership skills, investment/wealth management/financial planning sales practices and recruiting.
  • Incorporating new and effective learning tools and methodology included AI.
  • Track and report on program effectiveness through feedback, adoption metrics, and performance outcomes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in sales training, sales leadership development within financial services, wealth management.
  • Experience facilitating leadership programs or coaching managers in a sales environment.
  • Deep and current understanding of sales processes and financial advisor recruiting & coaching methodology.
  • Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with learning technologies including AI and virtual platforms.
