About the role

  • Head Coach responsible for driving franchisee growth, profitability, and leadership development for Ideal Siding. Focus on supporting franchise owners in operational excellence and scaling their businesses.

Responsibilities

  • Drive franchisee success across revenue growth, profitability, operational excellence, and leadership development
  • Coach franchise owners to improve revenue growth, gross margin, and net profitability
  • Support franchisees in scaling beyond their first crew or location
  • Guide expansion into additional territories and complementary services
  • Design, facilitate, and lead franchisee mastermind groups
  • Lead onboarding of new franchisees and operational team members on systems, tools, and best practices
  • Deliver and facilitate training week including: site visits, field coaching, classroom presentations, and operational execution training
  • Develop and continuously improve training and coaching curriculum for franchisees and field staff
  • Coach franchise owners transitioning from hands-on operators into CEO-level leaders

Requirements

  • 7–12 years of experience in franchising, multi-unit operations, or business coaching
  • Proven track record of improving P&L performance
  • Able to travel to visit franchisees in Canada and US (15-25% of the role)
  • Strong facilitation and group coaching skills (masterminds, workshops, leadership sessions)
  • Experience in construction, home services, or operationally complex businesses preferred
  • Comfortable working directly with owners and executive leadership
  • High credibility, strong communication skills, and emotional intelligence
  • Able to balance strategic leadership with hands-on, field-based coaching.
