About the role

  • Head of Growth leading integrated strategy for scalability in marketing, sales, and channels in a hybrid setup.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the traction plan and growth strategy by channel (organic, paid, partnerships, outbound, etc.)
  • Lead growth rituals and squads (including SDR) focused on goals and experiments
  • Ensure pipeline predictability and quality: ICP, volume, conversion, CAC, CPL, SQL/OPP
  • Plan and manage campaigns, run experiments (test & learn) and continuously optimize
  • Monitor performance metrics and establish analysis routines: LTV, ROI, CAC payback, full funnel
  • Improve processes and alignment between Marketing and Sales (handoff, SLAs, cadences, lead quality)
  • Coordinate the stack and execution across tools (e.g., RD Station, CRM, Ads, automations)

Requirements

  • Strong experience in B2B Growth and/or SaaS sales
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset (LTV, CAC, ROI and funnel metrics)
  • Experience with RD Station, Pipedrive and Ads (planning, operation and analysis)
  • Hands-on profile with the ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams
